Soft Skills is not a rocket science but a very crucial part of our daily conversation, it reflects your behavior, communication and an approach towards people. Even a three year old can speak English or mother tongue the point it how is it said, my 2.5 year old niece says me good morning and so does every kid in my block says it, but the way she says it makes me give a chocolate every time.
