1. State the abstract concept to be developed.
Example: Freedom
2. Give positive examples of the concept.
These characters are free:
Peter Pan, Mary Poppins
3. Give non-examples of the concept.
These characters are not free:
Hansel & Gretel in the witch’s cottage
4. Examine and list only those attributes
which apply solely to the concept.
Freedom of choice, of speech
5. Define the concept.
Not subject to the control or outside
domination of another.

Even a three year old can speak English or mother tongue the point it how is it said, my 2.5 year old niece says me good morning and so does every kid in my block says it, but the way she says it makes me give a chocolate every time.
