Stop negative thinking !

Negative thinking can make all sorts of things incredibly difficult. It is like a leak in your confidence bucket - constantly drip-drip-dripping away your confidence and self esteem. We all know that we should think more positively , or avoid too many negative thoughts , but it is notoriously difficult to stop . NOTE* Negative thinking can be useful to help assess the possible pitfalls in a potential plan of action, but you need to be able to turn it on and off at will. Otherwise, negative thoughts will sabotage your self belief, your confidence and your achievements .

TIPS -- PUBLIC SPEAKING

Public speaking - you know the feeling... you work for weeks, prepare your presentation to the best of your ability, try and ignore the nerves building up, then... Get on the platform or stand up at the meeting and POW! Dry mouth, shaky legs, blank mind... What the heck happened? You did everything the public speaking books say: You prepared well, got to know your audience, used all sorts of learning tools to reduce uncertainty and fear... But somehow your brain tripped you up. This is what happened... For one reason or another, your brain has learnt to provide you with the wrong unconscious response when you speak in public. ...

remain true to your vision

Single mindedness, determination, dedication, self-belief and the inability to ever give in are what distinguish people who do great things with their lives from those whose dreams die with them. When you have great perseverance you take into account what others say but you don't let it rule you. You remain true to your vision.

persistence and perseverance

People have always known that " persistence and perseverance " are a key ingredient in success. Hence the old saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again". And recent psychological research has backed this up. Studies of successful entrepreneurs show that the millionaires in this world possess a tremendous level of perseverance - " they stick at it not just when the going gets tough, but even when others tell them to stop ".
