Soft Skills is not a rocket science but a very crucial part of our daily conversation, it reflects your behavior, communication and an approach towards people. Even a three year old can speak English or mother tongue the point it how is it said, my 2.5 year old niece says me good morning and so does every kid in my block says it, but the way she says it makes me give a chocolate every time. Common Communication Mistakes

Communication has its own importance in all aspects of life. Communication becomes easy only when the information is exchanged. Many of us make several mistakes in communication. Such mistakes are always unnoticed by us so we never get a chance to correct these. Some very common communication mistakes that we make every day 1. Talking fast and rapidly: This is the most common mistake a person makes while communicating with others. While talking too fast makes the listener gets impatient and confused. 2. Talking too much: The proverb “empty vessel makes more noise”, will be the best match for this mistake. DEDUCTIVE THINKING

From Generalization to Supporting Data 1. Examine the generalization. 2. Seek supporting data, cases, or evidence. 3. Seek sources of additional supporting data. 4. Find supporting data in the sources. 5. Apply to the generalization.
