Hr Real Life Experience Questions

I have been into many interviews and taken too..we do certain questioning to the candidates, and there are many question we prefer not ask and some times even candidates does not prefer to talk about those questions.. and we judge them on the answers of those questions.................... Do you think HR questions are questionable?
